 | Born in 2018, the immediate success of the Brasserie du Condroz was hampered by the size of its tools which did not allow it to meet the demand. Its brewer, Cédric Rosmant, therefore contacted Belgian Process Solutions as part of a project called Brasserie du Château de Leignon in order to be able to increase its production. In 2023, the Brasserie du Château de Leignon opens its doors and Cédric Rosmant will brew the latter's beers and, in return, he will be able to use the facilities to brew those of the Brasserie du Condroz.
