Saint-Hubert brewery. 1879 Pierre Spreux enters the brewery. 1912 Creation of the SA Grande Brasserie du Lion, Brasserie Léon Locroart and Pierre Spreux united . 1920 Jacques succeeds his father. 1965 The brewery is in such a state of disrepair that it opens its capital to the Piedboeuf group which takes over a majority stake. 1968 The brewery stops production and is dismantled.
