 | In 1813, Emmanuel Carlier and his wife Marie-Joseph Dutrieux rented the municipal brewery for a period of 99 years. 1887 Nérac and Heman Carlier named the brewery Brasserie Carlier Frères. 1894 The two brothers bought the brewery. Following the falling out between the two brothers, the brewery became Brasserie Herman Carlier in 1907. 1917-1919 Production stopped during the war. In 1921, Emeric succeeds his father Heman who retires, the brewery changes its name to Brasserie E. Carlier. 1932 Becomes a Société Anonyme. 1938 Closure of the brewery. Commercial Register R.C.
