 | Brouwerij Sint-Aldegondis created by Arthur Boes in 1881 in Alken in Limburg. Merges in 1988 with the Maes brewery to form the Alken-Maes brewery but the two breweries, however, remain active. In 2007 it inherits the production of Ciney, Grimbergen, Hapkin, Judas, Scotch Watneys and Red Barrel beers until then produced by the Union brewery which is closed. Brasserie Cristal.
