 | On 30 September 1919, the company The Belgian Crown Cork Company Ltd was incorporated in Deurne. It is a subsidiary of the Crown Cork & Seal Company, Inc and produces crown caps. On June 15, 1921, the trademark Bel Crown is registered. On April 14, 1931, the trademark CCC is also registered. On 16 April 1931, the company was transformed into a société anonyme and took the name of Crown Cork Company Belgium. In 1937 and in 1942, the Crown Cork & Seal Company, Inc. had a 50.% stake in the company. It was closed in April 2012. | ||
